THE SPARK DIFFERENCE
MORE CLEAR
Trusted by orthodontists worldwide, Spark is a nearly invisible aligner. Plus, it’s more comfortable and stains less than the leading aligner brand.

MORE COMFORTABLE
Because TruGEN™ is manufactured with polished and scalloped edges, Spark Aligners are designed to provide a more comfortable treatment experience.

STAIN LESS
TruGEN™ is also designed to be clearer and have minimal aligner stains compared to the leading aligner material.*

THE PROCESS
STEP 1: COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION & 3D IMAGINGIt starts with an in‑office consultation and thorough exam. We’ll take a precise digital (iTero-style) 3D scan—no messy impressions needed. During this visit, we discuss your goals and assess if Spark aligners are the right fit for your case.

STEP 2: PERSONALIZED TREATMENT DESIGN
Your scan is used in Spark’s proprietary 3D software to create a fully customized treatment plan. You’ll even get a preview of how your smile could improve before treatment begins.

STEP 3: CUSTOM FABRICATION AND SETUP
Once you approve your plan, a set of custom TruGEN™ aligners is fabricated to match your treatment stages. At your fitting appointment, we ensure a precise fit, review wear instructions, and answer any questions.

STEP 4: PROGRESSIVE WEAR & MONITORING
Wear each aligner set 20–22 hours/day, switching every 1–2 weeks as directed. You'll return periodically—every 6–12 weeks—for progress checks and any needed refinements.

STEP 5: REFINEMENT & RETENTION
After completing your initial aligner series, we assess if additional “refinement” aligners are needed for perfect alignment. Once finished, we provide a retainer to help maintain your new smile for the long term.
BEFORE AND AFTERS
OPEN BITE
Most commonly seen when your back teeth are closed and touching, but your front teeth do not touch.

CROSSBITE
A crossbite is misalignment of the arches.

SPACING
Spacing occurs when you have extra space resulting in gaps between the teeth.

OVERBITE
This occurs when the upper and lower teeth don’t meet properly and in some cases protrude outwards.

CROWDING
Crowding occurs when you don’t have enough space for all your teeth to fit within the jaws. The teeth may be rotated or overlap.

UNDERBITE
Underbite occurs when the lower teeth extend past the upper front teeth.
